Video is the most efficient, expressive and engaging platform to articulate ideas and information.
If a single picture is worth a thousand words, then a one minute video is equivalent to 1.8 million of them. Let that soak in for a moment.
HOW IS VIDEO MORE EFFECTIVE THAN OTHER FORMS OF MARKETING?
Yes, as long as they are one of our supported file types.
HOW IS VIDEO MORE EFFECTIVE THAN OTHER FORMS OF MARKETING?
WHAT DOES THE VIDEO PRODUCTION PROCESS ENTAIL?
Pre-Production: The pre-production process can involve creating a production schedule, scripting, casting, making shot lists, scouting locations, prepping equipment, and anything else needed to make the shoot happen. On most of our projects, we can be ready to shoot within a day or two but depending on the size and scope of the project, more planning may be needed then more time and care will need to be taken.
The Shoot: The shoot is when the actual content of the video is captured – the images, sounds, voice-overs, etc. This usually takes no more than a day or 2 on average. This just depends on what our clients are aiming to capture.
Post Production: Post production is where the video is edited, graphics are added, sound and music are designed and mixed, and imaging, like colour correction, are done. This is where the magic happens and your project really comes to life!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PRODUCE MY VIDEO?
All projects vary in scope and scale. Factoring in pre-production, the shoot itself and cutting your project together in the editing room, the typical project will take anywhere from 2-3 working days to a couple of weeks.
I AM IN A RUSH AND NEED MY VIDEO COMPLETED AS FAST AS POSSIBLE!
Are you in a rush to have your project completed? Have no fear! We’ll put a rush on it, work through the night if necessary and have it back to you before your deadline. Ask us about our super-fast turnarounds.
HOW DO I GET MY VIDEO?
We deliver our products digitally via web-based services like WeTransfer or Dropbox, Google Drive or on a hard drive.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT I WANT FROM MY VIDEO?
No problem at all. That is a common concern we hear from clients. Allow us to guide you in the right direction. Let’s have a chat about what you’d like the video to do for you and your business or product. From there we can make a plan to produce a video you’ll love and even more importantly, a video that will be of the most benefit to your needs.
WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?
We take massive pride in our customer service. We are always available to speak with our clients by phone or email. We will liaise with you throughout the production process so you can relax and know everything is moving smoothly in the right direction. No question is too big or too small. We like to think that Blue Hue are the friendliest video production company in town.

CAN YOU SHOOT MY VIDEO IF I AM NOT IN DUBLIN?
Yes. We have shot all over Ireland in the past. We have produced many projects outside of Dublin in the past. From Donegal to Cork, Wicklow to Galway, we can travel to wherever we need to get to and we love to do it.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
Usually we receive 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion and delivery. We are open to different structures that make sense for everyone.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED?
We offer a free 1-hour consultation to learn more about you and your video production needs. Upon this meeting we will then present our ideas, plan of action, and expected costs for the project. Pre-production then begins once the first payment is submitted.
